The cost in the packages excludes:

1. Any Air/Train fare & extra travel part from the itinerary .

2. Any extra hours usage of CAB after working hours

3. Any entry tickets/passes/personal expense like Laundry/TIPS/Phone calls fromHotels

4. Any chargeable hotel activities / events / add-on services.

• After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we try to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

• The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 03 days before starting of your Trip. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels. In AC Deluxe Houseboat AC will be operational from 09PM to 06AM. There is no AC in Munnar and Thekkady

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather,Any natural disaster  etc.

 

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check - Out - 1100 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Booking Policy: ·

• Advance Booking Fee · 30 days or more from the date of departure: 25% of total package cost ·

• 29-20 days from the date of departure: 50% of total package cost ·

• 07 days from the date of departure: 100% of total package cost Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received before 19 days from the date of departure.

• Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for.

• 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 If you cancel your Holiday You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a written notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking.

The following cancellation charges shall be applicable: ·

• Prior to 40 days or more: Booking Fee ·

• Between 40-25 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost ·

• Between 25-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost ·

• 25 days to date of departure: 100%. ·

• In case of no show: 100% If we change or cancel your holiday

Note:- In case of natural calamity we can postpone* your trip but in case of cancellation our cancellation policy will be applicable.
Note:- In case of increase in the cost of the cab due to any festival, unexpected heavy rush or any religious occasion etc., the difference amount of any additional cost will be recovered from the guest.

if any problem occur due to any natural calamity then all decisions regarding refund will be in hand of agency only.
